The Aberlour sleeps 12 years in the handpicked american cask and oloroso sherry cask as you can't rush to get the better product in the short time. The Aberlour 12 years have notes of cinnamon toast, orange citrus, red apple, vanilla, dry raisins as well as over palate you can feel a lot of honey, plum, nutmeg. A perfect example of sherry matured dram. The whisky has medium finish with sweet and spicy notes.
